ok people here is the story.,

i went for a run to day and cud only magage about half of wot i would normaly run, i mean what is going on, could i just be having an off day, and am not really sure tht ive never had an off day in the whole year ove been running, its been 2 days since my last run.

Usually when you notice a big drop in performance ability, it is because you are getting sick or (more likely) you are OVERTRAINED. You probably want to take a few days off of cardio to let your body catch its breath!

P.S. 5'7" 126lbs?!?!?!?!?!?

I think it is time to seriously consider starting a bulk that is very, VERY light for a 5'7" male! (At least by American standards)

really u think.. because my bmi is 19.77 which is in the health weight range, granted anything below 18 is underweight lol :p

and thnks for the reply, i guess im over trained because i run far to much, u should see the shoes i go through , thanks mate.

BMI isnt really an accurate measure of ideal weight. search these forums for examples.

Time to stop and maintain at 135 or so. How much weight are you curling in picture. Seems like a number of plates on it. You might cut back on running a little and increase weights.

there is 35 kg on that bar in the pic on me profile, i really cant cut back on running because thats how i keep cool, its my only outlet for stress,plus a was born to run lol, you think there could be another way to add more mass but keep my running, thanks m8.
