akm3 Mon, June 20th, 2005, 12:24 PM Usually when you notice a big drop in performance ability, it is because you are getting sick or (more likely) you are OVERTRAINED. You probably want to take a few days off of cardio to let your body catch its breath!

akm3 Mon, June 20th, 2005, 12:25 PM P.S. 5'7" 126lbs?!?!?!?!?!?
I think it is time to seriously consider starting a bulk that is very, VERY light for a 5'7" male! (At least by American standards)

Time to stop and maintain at 135 or so. How much weight are you curling in picture. Seems like a number of plates on it. You might cut back on running a little and increase weights.
