i work close to fifty hours a week..i work in a store, and we are on our feet all day, running back and forth, doing stock, cash etc.
i haven't been able to do any cardio lately because my left knee/it band is sore. i can't even do lower body weights. i'm wondering if all the daily activitity at work makes up for the lack of cardio at the gym?
so basically all i'm doing for workouts are upperbody weights, and a little bit of the bike..any thoughts?

I can't really tell, because I don't know exactly what you do. If you feel like you just did a cardio/leg workout, then maybe you'll be ok. Go with how you feel. If you dont feel it at all, then it probably is not the same.

It's trial and error - Try it for a few weeks; if you don't like your results, throw in some extra cardio.

I'd at least do a lower body weights session. It might help combat the fatigue you're feeling actually.
