Hello everybody, long time no speak. I've put on quite a lot of weight because of my exams; I just haven’t been able to commit my self over the last 6 months. I've put about two stone on but my muscle has stayed more or less in tacked. I've been trying to loose the weight the way I used to before but it's almost impossible this time, I’m not shifting anything so I went to see my doctor and he thinks I’ve got an under active thyroid gland so would this be why I’m not shifting any weight?

Actually nm about that. I've so forgotten about cutting, how many calories should I be consuming (6'1, 210lb), what should I be getting my calories from?

I’m really confused about all this stuff.
