I am currently cutting. Which would be better way to incorporate cardio for fat loss?

Adding it on the end:
Ex. Lifting, protein shake, low intensity cardio - 20min, PWO Dex+Protein+Glutamine Shake

or

Incorporating it into the workout:
Ex. Set, Cardio 2:30min (ex. jumprope or jumping jacks), rest 30 sec, set, cardio 2:30min, rest 30 sec, etc.... PWO Dex+Protein+Glutamine Shake

I dont have much time during the day to do cardio and lift seperatly so I want to know which would be a better way to incorporate cardio into my workouts to aid in my fat-loss goal.

Thanks!

Cardio post-workout, *then* PWO shake. Since your glycogen levels are low, you can piggy back for a little bit after your workout. You just have to get that shake into you within your window of opportunity (no more than 1-2 hrs after lifting). Preferably, 15-20 mins cardio would be fine, just keep up the intensity, and slam a shake.

I think incorporating it would be fine, but I think your lifts might suffer.
