Okay, here is thye plan that i will follow for the entire summer, or until i'm happy with myself.
6 meals a day, stopping around 3 hours before bed.
calories taper from breakfasts(largest) to dinners(smallest)
Every meal will have lean protien from sources such as chicken breast and egg white, a starchy complex carb, such as oatmeal and a fiborus complex carb such as green veggies.
I will do fasted cardio(a new combination of HIIT and Moderate that i thought of recently) for 45 minutes every morning and my push-ups after lunch.
If i reach a platue i will change my cardio to HIIT, then switch back later. I may have forgotten some things. Suggestions are welcome.

wheres the weights? pushups everyday? wheres the breaks/rest?

There are no weights, i forgot to mention my dips and bicep curls, but thats it. I know i should be doing more, but i really don't like my bowflex, i actually hate it more than morning fasted cardio. For the curls i have 20 pound dumbbells, but they don't have enough weight for much else.
