Ingredients:
1 Cup Splenda
8oz Non-Fat Yogurt
2 Egg Whites
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Light Soy Milk
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 Cups Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned)
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly
3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly
4. Add dry ingredients to yogurt mixture and mix well
5. Stir in Oats one cup at a time
6. Spread dough onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9 baking pan
7. Bake 28-32 min or until dark brown
8. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack
9. Cut into 24 bars and serve =)
