View Full Version : I have some more cardio questions

With less than a week to go before i start my BFFM diet, exercies, i was wondering about some cardio things. I don't have a heart moniter or anything, so about how hard should i be trying if i just wanna go for a 45 minute straight jog(probabaly with walking breaks as i am not very cardio fit). I plan to start doing HIIT as soon as i hit a platue(spellling) and then alternate with every platue until i hit my goal body fat, at which i will go back to moderate cardio 3 days a week. Btw, i will be doing the cardio 4 days a week fasted.

Oh yeah, i've never heard of this before, so stop me if it's been done.
I've heard that normal jogging cardio burns more fat calories from BFFM, and that HIIT burns more carbs, but has a much better afterburn. So, i was wondering what might happen if you did your normal jog, then at around 10-15 min before the end you broke into some HIIT. I THINK this would give the benifits from both. Feedback please.

If you are doing cardio 7 days a week, when are you going to lift weights?

i just changed that cardio to 4 days a week with 3 days weight training today, i'll edit my above post.
