Hello i know i've asked a lot of questions but is just that i want to be sure on what to do...my overweight condition has closed me many doors by this i mean specifically to sports, i love football soccer but i can't play it because of my body, my low self-esteem and my low self-confidence, i would like to know if someone here could tell me what things i need to lose weight ( cut ) like what amount of calories should i eat per day, what workouts could i do ( not hard ones because i'm a newbie ) and for supplements, i ordered Optimum 100% Whey and Opti-Men ( Vitamin & Minerals ) because i'm 15 years old and for what i've researched i can't consume other thing than protein and vitamins for now... at least until i am 16, well if someone could help me the help would be really really appreciated. I hope i'm not bothering anyone by posting this much.

Thanks,
Julian Gallardo

P.S: About cardio... my friend is going to lend me his bike ( the one for exercise ) don't know how to spell it thought, because i can't run thanks to an infection, how many times a week should i do cardio on the bike and for how long per day? ( i hope you get what i mean )

Hi Julian, check out the weight loss guide (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=1222), it should answer your fat loss questions and give you an idea how to start!

I'm sorry for not helping you with the work outs, because I don't know what is good for your age. You might want to ask your sport teacher!

It's okay at least you are trying to help me :) and thanks for the guide, even thought i would like a template ( like saying what days to do something ) and by the way i'm endomorph ( i know thanks to a questionaire from a Michael Thurmond's Book ) my height is about 5'9 or 5'10 i'm just not sure about my height but my weight is 190lbs.
Please if someone can help me, i will really appreciate your help.
