i was wondering how much wieght it is safe to drop for me.. im a 16 year old male. bench around 205 ,dead lift around 320
im a pretty big guy.. 6ft tall..i was just wondering wat would be an ideal wieght to make my goal..i wasnt shure ...i wiegh 213.5 right now

Really it all depends on your bodyfat. Any ideas? Are you close to lean at that weight or do you feel like you could stand to lose a bunch of fat? As said, it depends on your goals to. You might ultimately want to gain more muscle. If so, you could decide to lean out first and start bulking from a leaner start point or begin your bulk now if you're relatively happy and worry about fat loss later.
