I'm trying to work out a diet plan and I was hoping to get a little feedback. I'm a 23 year old male, 5'7" 185 lbs. I'll be cutting.

6:00 AM 1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1% milkfat
1 cup blueberries, raw

9:00 AM 1 Cup Fat Free, Fruit Flavored Yogurt

12:00 PM Grilled Chicken, 3.2 oz
Small Salad

3:50 PM 1 cup blueberries, raw
1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1% milkfat

5:00 PM 28.4g Whey Blend - water

5:20 PM - 6:40 PM Gym

6:45 PM 28.4g Whey Blend - water
1 cup apple slices, w/skin

8:30 PM Grilled Chicken, 3.2 oz
1 Oz Raw Organic Almonds

The macro's here are about 50/30/20 P/C/F with caloric intake at about 1449. As far as exercise goes I'll be lifting M/W/F with 20 minutes of cardio, and doing 30-45 minutes of cardio on T/R/S, then taking Sunday off.

Any suggestions you can give will be greatly appreciated.

2 things I notice right off the bat are things I see all the time.

Not enough calories
Not enough fibrous vegetables

Try increasing calorie intake to at least 2000, have fibrous vegetables with 4 of your meals and I feel you will see better results. After all,the goal is fat loss, not muscle loss. :gl:
