Any one have one...or ever used one. Seems like fun , just not sure how "aerobic" it really is.

I just got it. Maybe I didn't give it enough of a try. I got the urban rebounder and on the tapes, they have wayyyyy too much energy. It's very hard to pull the legs out and fold which takes away from the ease of use. Meaning, if it takes too much effort I probably won't use it. I read that people just listen to their own music and bounce away. Your supposed to bounce a certain way and I haven't gotten the hang of it yet. Aerobically, you can increase the intensity by bouncing faster, turns, legs out and in/front to back, arms moving, etc. I'll have to play with it somemore this week to determine if it's going to go back.
