Since the weekends when i would prefer to do my cardio, how would fasted cardio in the morning and cardio after about 3-4 hours of no eating in the evening for saturday and sunday do? I'm asking this now so i can use the information for the next school year. When summer comes(1 week), I plan to do it 5 days a week fasted in morning only.
I also have a question though, how long after a meal must you wait for the cardio to be close to fasted. Is it really 3-4 hours?

It really doesn't matter. Whenever is convenient for you to do it would be fine. If you're not doing cardio, you'll benefit from it whether or not it's fasted or 'close to fasted'.
