Any ladies out there tried the femgenix program? Any idea as to what the food plan entails? I am ready to take on a different program, but I think I need something very specific...any thoughts on this? Everyone here already knows I'm pro SGX so if ya want go over to Swoles site ( vizualxellence.com ) and check out his forums , lots of specific details on those topics and info about his program you asked about or just email him direct and he will help ya out.

Sorry , folks on any of Swoles plans arent supposed to disclose any program info. Check out his site or do a search on here ...... lots of info to be found , but no on SGX ya dont count calories ........ all about the macros. There are limits of course but its all macros :D
