I am 5'11, 209 lbs, and my bodyfat is at 12%. I am going to post my routine for evaluation later, thats it for now.

Doing good to have that BF% at height and weight, usually hard for anyone to see those levels below 6'2" and over 200, naturally. Good going.

Well, I have been pretty confused as to what road to follow. I think I'll try to go the bodybuilding route, and adding in more power routines to build strength
