Hey guys, I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Eman, I turn 18 next month, my max on the bench is 340 and my squatting max is 415-435 range. I am 5'11, 209 lbs, and my bodyfat is at 12%. I am going to post my routine for evaluation later, thats it for now.

You're a strong SOB for someone your age. It's good to see you're keeping your bodyfat levels low as well.

How long have you been training? :bb:

Well, I have been pretty confused as to what road to follow. I think I'll try to go the bodybuilding route, and adding in more power routines to build strength
