My name is James. Im from Troy Alabama. A few months back i stumbled onto this site looking for a little info. At that time i wasnt really serious about taking the plunge, and woopin myself into a shape other than round.

I'm now on week three of my weight training, and day one of my new diet. My older brother has been into lifting for quite a few years now. He's the one kickin by butt in the gym. Thank goodness!!!! I need someone.

If you were wondering, im a 5/11 220 lb 21 year old sack of fat! Im very ready for a change of life. :tu:

I'm the exact opposite, i always have to kick my older brother's butt to get him to lift.

This site has alot fo info for you to read up on. When you get bored just read up here.

The hardest part in your transformation would be starting. After that, all you gotta keep in mind is CONSISTENCY.
