I am lost here guys.......On 5/23/05 I weighed 177 lbs and 17% BF. I had gained about 13 lbs from slacking on my diet and some binges, my lowest was 165 and 15% on 3/1/05. This is all down from my initial weight of 190lbs and 21% BF in November 04. ON 5/23 I decided to get rededicated to my diet and cardio: I started a 2 a day regimen of LISS cardio, one in the morning fasted and then another on after my evening weight lifting. I list 5 days a week Max OT m-f so thats 5 listing days and 10 sessions of LISS at an average of 50 minutes a session averaging 130 BPM, which is about 65% my max HR, then Sat and Sun rest. Along with this I have done a Ketogenic style diet averaging 1400 calories a day with 60% protein 5% carbs and 30% fat. My carbs for the last 18 days have averaged about 15 grams a day, this does not leave me sluggish nor does it affect my max OT workouts that have steadily increased in poundages. Ok now to the problem....on the morning of 5/28, 4 days into the change I weighed 170.5 and 16% BF, I was excited with the progress. nothing has changed at all in this progress, Iam fairly strict. Today, 6/10/05, 18 days into this I weigh in at 171.5 and 15.3% BF!!! I am dumbfounded at the lack of progress in losing the BF. I would think that I would have budged more then I have. If you do the numbers I have put on 1.91 lbs of LBM and lost 3.93 lbs in 18 days. Does that sound right, maybe it does, I think now looking at the numbers maybe I did do ok, but I expected more doing 2 cardio sessions, maybe I should increase the intensity of one of the sessions, or just keep rolling like I am. Any critiques or suggestions? Thanks guys!!

numbers look right.
But man, you are only looking at 26lbs of fat now! 15.3% of 171.5 is 26.23lbs
You are really getting down to that last 6-7% that most people are trying to lose. It is going to stay on as long as it can. Looks like 10 more lbs and you will have it.
Sounds like you are working hard to do this, might be some of the problem. maybe your body has figured out that you are up to something?
Anyway, again, 10lbs is all you have to do (give or take) looks like you are half way already! I say good good. :tucool:
Also the pics really show a change so don't worry!

I may not be qualified to give tips, but you shouldn't try to beat your body, it is much stronger than you. Just outsmart it.
