Has anyone tried the new Nautilus SelectTech adjustable dumbbells? They adjust from 5lb to 52.5lb. They look perfect especially for someone with limited space. dumbbells (http://www.nautilusfitnessproducts.com/product.asp?cat=wgt&subcat=wt) Comments?

never heard of them but they look like a really great idea if the weights don't fall apart on you. bummer about them only going to 52 pounds tho

The only thing I'd be concerned about is the price ($350). Unless your space is at an EXTREME premium, I'd look at getting normal dumbells with 5-10 lb plates. I got a 40 pound 'starter' set (York) for $35. It's only 20 lbs each, but you can add normal plates and load it up.
Just an idea. Those Nautilus things are nifty looking. Have you ever seen the powerblocks? Seems like the same idea...

Nice idea but too expensive for not nearly enough weight.
