hi i just lost 50 pounds and been trying to trim up and get a six pack. i drink 2 protein shakes a day 20g each and try to eat clean 2000 calories each day. i also do 2 45 minute workouts with the exercise bike wearing around 3 layers of clothes to get a really good sweat. at night i also do light weight training for about an hour and a couple hundred crunches. i just would like an estimate of bodyfat %. my parents say i need to put on some weight and that i look fine what do you think. thanks for the feedback and comments.

weight 132
height 5'9''
dont have a tape measure so size 29 pants
age 16

i weighed 181 in the first pic and i started dieting and working out in january and i ended up losing 50 pounds in april and have kept it off for two months.

You have done a GREAT job getting yourself fitter. You have a lot to be proud of.

However, don't put yourself at risk by equating sweating with fat loss. You are not helping your cause by wearing multiple layers of clothing in an attempt to lose fat. It doesn't cause fat loss, only water loss - which you will gain back when you drink water.

More important it puts you in danger of a heat stroke, dehydration and other nasty problems. Wear shorts and a t-shirt and you will burn every bit as much fat as you have in the past.

FWIW, I'm not saying this to take anything away from your accomplishment. But it would be a shame for you to end up in the hospital because of your desire to wear multiple layers.

It doesn't look to me like you need to lose fat - you might want to start lifting. I'd guess around 12% or so - but I'm pretty bad at this type of thing.

start lifting/bulking.
11-12% seems close enough.

If you cut further to see a 6-pack, you will look sickly. Also you will find it very hard to get a lower BF and even harder to keep it without putting on some muscle.

Great job, now start adding calories slowly and lifting hard untill you have some muscle. Then you will either trim up some more fat while doing this, or be able to cut down to 10% or less.

You also need to stress you abs more if you want them to grow - higher intensity, less volume (than 200 crunches, which is useless).
