Hi all, I had a chance to get a cardiopulmonary exercise test today (the one where you run as hard as you can on a treadmill while hooked up to an EKG machine and having your blood pressure and VO2 measured) and I need a hand interpreting some of the results.

I'll just italicize the ones I don't understand:
Peak Cardiovascular Responses

VO2(ml/kg/min) 45.2
VO2(l/min) 3.724
VCO2(l/min) 4.417
Anaerobic Threshold(AT)(l/min) 2.932
AT(% Predicted Max VO2) 84%
Heart Rate(bpm) 210
O2 Pulse (ml/beat) 17.7
Heart Rate Reserve(bpm) -12

Peak Ventilatory Responses

VE Max(l/min) BTPS 174.0
Tidal Volume(VT) (L) 2.611
Respiratory Rate (RR) 2.611
Breathing Reserve(%) -14

Gas-Exchange Responses

End Tidal CO2 (Peak PetCO2) 28.3
End Tidal OS (Peak Pet02) 120.0
VE/VO2 @ AT 32
VE/VCO2 @ AT 29
VD/VT (Est) @ Rest .44
VD/VT (Est) Peak .07
Respiratory Quotient (RQ)(Peak) 1.19

Also, any sort of information as to what are good and bad results would be most helpful, thanks!
