I'm thinking of getting a cheap York home gym. The model that I'm considering is the 4180, pictured here:

I want to get this home gym for the high and low pulleys, primarily. I don't expect a cheap unit like this to have silky smooth pulleys, but I'd like to make sure they're not too uncomfortable to use. The weight stack is selectorized, which is nice, but it's only 120lbs. Supposedly there's a way to increase the resistance so that it feels like 160lbs, but I don't know how effective that really is. What I'm wondering, with regards to the weight stack, is whether I'm likely to outgrow it quickly.
Anyway, if you have any experience with a York home gym I'd love to hear your thoughts on their machines.
