Hi i already posted that i'm 15 years old and is just that i have an infection in a foot ( i got a toe surgery, i know sounds weird :p ) so i can't really run and i was wondering about other ways to do cardio or can someone recomend me a cheap but effective cardio machine? Lateral Thigh Trainer the concept and all of that machine is awesome but it breaks pretty easy ( i read some reviews in amazon.com ) So is there a working cardio machine ( like a stepper or something but effective )
Thanks! And i hope you get my english :d_biggrin

Hort is just that walking with sandals is pretty awkward and uncomfortable, and Thanks Tiny i just didn't know about those ones, i'll ask my mom if we can buy one ( i bet she'll yell at me or just slap me  :p )

JuGa - is working out while you're still in the sandal OK with your doc? I had some pretty major foot surgery when I was 17, and I had to be completely off my feet for two weeks, and then no strenuous activity for six weeks after that. Of course, it was both feet, and it was some fairly serious stuff, but still ... you don't want to screw up your feet by jumping back in too early!

I can workout, the only thing i can't do is running, so a specific cardiovascular machine would help me a lot if someone knows about one, and are steppers really effective? i just need a cheap cardio machine that really works.
Thanks
