The topic pretty much sums up my question that I have been pondering for a while now.
Assume 2000 Kcal is 500 Kcal below maintenance, and you are doing 1 cardio session/day
If you eat 2500 Kcal and add 1 more cardio session that burns off 500 more Kcal, so you are technically still 500 Kcal below maintenance...
Is this a huge change? Will you melt fat much faster on the 2500 and 2 cardios?
You are eating more in option 2 and exercising more in option 2
Deficit is same in both cases, 500 Kcal
Any feedback?
