Hi i'm a 15 years old guy from the Dominican Republic ( please forgive my crappy english ) and all my life i really haven't been in a "great" physical condition and i've always wanted to be fit,slim,lean or however is called and i'm just making this thread to see if someone here can help me to create a routine, tell me what to eat, what workouts (exercises), supplements and all that i need to get in shape...i hope someone can help me, i'm not exactly sure of my height but last year was 5'8 and my weight 3 days ago was 190lbs ( yeah pretty bad ) i finish school this thursday so i was planning to get everything i need this week to start next monday, eat what i should eat, do the exercises i need and everything else... if someone can help me please the help will be very appreciated, is just that i want to have a big transformation ( what i can get the most out of this summer ) so when i get back to school again everyone be like "wow" (breathless and all that)

go to www.exrx.net to see weightlifting exercises you should do
go to the fat loss forum and read the nutrition sticky to see what you should eat
do weightlifting around 3 times a week, cardio 4-5 days a week, in the morning before eating preferably.

im too lazy to type any more, but than again you were too lazy to read this forum :p
