are vector bars a good meal for cutting?

why not try saying what they are and whats in them???

I like nature valley stuff. Mine are in the 100-140 cal range per double bar. Look at the ingredients as I believe alot of the Kellogg products and other similar ones are low in fibre, very high in sodium and calories and can contain trans fats and other crap stuff...

In my experience if you buy a finished food product that you didn't actually prepare yourself AND if it tastes good then it probably isn't very healthy for you.
