Me and eyeless are goin to cut for about 12 weeks starting we are going for best make over/ transformation
June 3, I am goin to post pics every week on Saturday and update this 3-4 times a week with how I am doing, eyeless can do whatever he wants :cool:

200Lbs as of June 2
goal to lose about 20 lbs
eyeless Fri, June 3rd, 2005, 12:28 PM I'll put pics up monday, Battery in cam needs charge and I will be helping my grandpa all weekend. I will post something every morning in this thread at 5 or 6 before my workouts, so i have to get out of bed, a little motivation if you will.

zoso Sun, June 5th, 2005, 11:58 AM I cheated pretty bad yesterday :( a half a pizza and dennys :( but I did cardio today I am taking a day off but I going to get back on track today :mad:

Anyways did 10 min cardio and 20 min weight training this morning.

zoso Thu, June 9th, 2005, 11:38 PM ok well yesterday I ran for about 20 mins today I did cardio for 35 tueday I had two hour long hockey games, time to step this up

Sunday :
morning - ran / walked 1 hour 28 min

weighed myself today and came in at 214, so i lost 6 pounds so far this week. :cool:

eyeless Fri, June 17th, 2005, 03:11 PM I had 2 cheat days , wed & thur. Didnt have time to run and buy food so i just made what i had around the house.

eyeless Mon, June 27th, 2005, 07:36 PM we'll i finally got back in town , not so good, been off the diet for about a week now so tomorrow i have to start back up. All we'll back to the drawing board.
