So I am on this 12 week stint to cut as much as I can while maintaining muscle. The usual tripartate: nutrition (with supps, vitamins & water), cardio (fasted AM LISS Cardio) & weights. I decided to break it up into 3 challenges, one for each so I could feel good if I got some part(s) right for the day even if I didn't do it all perfectly.

So this is my weight challenge thread.

Any and everyone is welcome to join at any time.

My plan is to describe my weight program generally and then check when I am supposed to do it, whether I succeed or not.

Anyone can join in, in any fashion they want. So I will describe my work-out generally in a separate post.

So I am about to embark on a variation of my winter workout, which was a 4 day split. I find that doing AM cardio 6 days and evening weights 4 days a week little difficult to manage. So a former student of mine, who is aso a trainer revised my work out to a 3 day split. I am concerned that I will not be able to get the workout in, in uder 45 minuts which is what BFFM recommends, but I will have to see.

I tried to get to it yesterday Tuesday...but I just did not have the motivation. I don't know if it is because I am just getting back into working out and I have been pretty consistant with my AM fasted cardio and I need a week to get back in shape or what.

Anyway, I am going to try again today to the 1st of my 3 day split.

Doesn't anyone want to join me in this endeaver? ;)

Still haven't made it to the gym for weight work out. Cardio is fine, food is basically fine, pain in my right inner thigh near groin--the puled muscle I think. I may try to go for weights this afternoon. It will have deads and that aggravates this muscle or tendon or whatever it is.
