I ask because it is easier to work with info from people that are close to the same age, height, weight ratio. I want to get an idea of the problems and successes like people have had.

Same age and height, but started 10-15 lighter and am now quite a bit lighter (~150lb). I think I have a light frame because I when I see some pictures of other people at 5'10''-6' that are 140-150lb they look very thin!

Also From 205 lb to 150 lb I actually gained muscle! I was definitely a fat 205lb for 6ft.
