Any ballers out there?

I'd like to increase my vertical around 6" so that I can properly dunk. But I have heard that weightlifting does not really help that much and I should concentrate on polymetrics (Explosive exercises, sprinting etc.) instead.

Has anyone any personal experience on this topic? One more question, do you reckon creatine will help explosiveness to the basket or will it not make that much difference in my game?

My coach says that squats, sprinting, and pull ups are the key for dunks..... I have increased my vertical about 10 cm with a 3 day lifting 2 day sprinting routine. Also try the air alert programs
