hi i go jogging regularly (everyday) sometimes i have a day break to recover muscles, i started dieting and quit smoking a few months ago, and have only been jogging for over a month, now im on 5 miles, and im worried, I would like to know the Best Stretches you do for the legs/hips/back and Which one's you can Really Progress In, ive done simple one's but i like a sense of being able to progress E.G doing a stretch for longer each day, i also found that walking a few miles before you go jogging loosens up the muscles but i'm still worried about stretching... any helpful TIPS i would really appreciate from any joggers/runners, like which stretches worked the best for you... My goal is to do 10 miles a day at a decent pace... however i dont want to hurt my muscles/joints for weeks (like i did before) and had to give it up because of overdoing it.
