1 (56g) Pita bread, sliced in half and open (makes 2 pockets)
1/2 cup combined chopped mushrooms n bellpeppers
1/4 cup pizza sauce
4 oz turkey breast cutlet or 4 oz all white meat ground turkey cut in bite size pieces
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Italian spices (garlic, oregano, etc)
Put the meat and spices in a pan with a couple tablespoons of water and cook at medium heat, adding a bit of water everytime it gets low. (Keeps you from needing any type of oil.) Throw in the mushrooms n bellpepper. Keep adding just enough water to keep it all from burning. When the meat is cooked, let however much water's left in the pan cook off- then turn the burner off. Dump in the sauce, mix it all together. Then dump in your cheeze and mix it in. Nuke your pita bread for a few seconds, then fill the halves with your mixture.
Serving= both halves (using ground turkey):

Even 1/2 is filling, esp. if you serve with a salad.
