i do all my workouts max ot style.. last workout i went a little nuts and did extra sets

flat bench dumbell
3 sets

incline dumbell
2 sets

decline dumbell
3 sets

weighted dips
3 sets

french press
2 sets

skull crushers
2 sets

dips with 2 benches paralel with 85 lbs on lap
2 sets
