I was curious how how many pounds of food I eat, since I tend to vary +/- 5lb on the scale depending on the time of day. So I picked a nice sample out of Fitday and added the weights:

6.4 lbs of solid food + 1 lb worth of milk (16oz)
For metric types, that's 2892 grams solid food + the milk

3413 calories
20% fat, 39% carb, 41% protein

Let's see... if I didn't screw up the math, that's 51.8 pounds a week, 2693 pounds per year, without counting cheat days. I have no idea what significance this has, other than it explains my out-of-control grocery bills. :d_eek:

Hey what about just water, forget food/bulk/veggies/ etc.

If you hit 2 gallons of water, that's what 16 pounds of water in a day.
Add milk, shakes, and actual real food, you could hit 20-25 pounds of "stuff" into your body in 1 day.

Talk about weight fluctuations
