How often do you plan to exercise?
I wouldn't go below 1400.

I plan on exercising at least 5 times a week and doing 45mins of cardio a day plus light weight training. Keep in mind I want to loose 1lb a week by my diet.

How old are you?
Assuming your 30 years old - this is what I would do, at least to start out. Make sure you log your foods in fitday.com or something like that so you know how the food is affecting you
Calories - 1140 to 1385
Fat/day - 25.2 to 31g
Carbs/day - 97 to 147g
Protien/day - as close to 130g as you can get
This is using the sticky beginner weight loss thread. (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=1222)

I am finding 10 calories for each pound in body weight (with my normal training schedule) is resulting in a weight loss of 1 - 2 pounds a week. For instance, last weigh in I was 132 pounds so I adjusted by daily calories to 1,320 (which is just about my BMR). The 10 per 1 formula is just a heck of a lot easier than either the Harris Benedict Formula or the Katch-McArdle formula yet remains very close to the numbers I get from both.
I am eating six CLEAN high nutrition meals a day so I am never too hungry. I do a three-day split set and 3 days of HIIT cardios.
I am not going to go below 1,200 calories a day however, as I have read 900 - 1200 calories range is getting into starvation territory where the body starts aggressively using muscle tissue for fuel. For me, it is very, very important to preserve as much muscle as possible while losing the fat.

You need to up your weight training. None of the low weight , high rep lark. Go heavy and intense for 6-8 reps. Take a breather for a min, and do it again. Repeat one more time.
If you want to keep the fat off for longer, or get a lowerbf or generally burn more fat, you need to do intense and progressively heavy resistance training.

I would recommend reading Marcus's sticky on the fat loss page.
