Larry's super, duper, extreme peanutbutter egg sandwich:

1 egg
1 piece of WW bread
1table spoon peanut butter

Directions:

1) Cook your egg anyway you want (I can only scramble;))
2) Toast your bread if desired.
3) Place peanut butter on your toast (or bread)
4) Add eggs to the peanutbutter and toast (or bread)
5) eat it

Totals out at: 15ish g protein / 10ish g carbs / 14ish g fat : 230ish calories

Yeah only around 10 carbs from the bread, natures own 100% ww bread, if you want really low carb, just make am omlette and put pb on it and wrap it up or something :) Hey that sounds pretty cool, PB omlette, I'm gonna try that once my mommy teaches me how to make am omlette:) Hahaha

I've mixed peanut butter with eggs before and I like it. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy.

I also like peanut butter with banana.

And banana with egg.

BUt not all three together, heavens no.
