I've taken to be a bit partial to 2 minute noodles as a quick snack. Nutritional specs for the ones I use are as follows:

115 Cals, P-3.7g, F-0.1g, C-24.2g, Sodium 374mg

I don't use the flavouring (it's too salty for me!) so I'm assuming that the noodles on their own will have a slightly different nutritional values than that of above (ie very little of the sodium content).

Anyone have any opinions as to whether noodles of this type are a bad carb to be eating. I usually have this with either meal 3 (lunch time) or meal 4 (mid-afternoon).

Cheers and thanks for any input.

Personally for me, I don't eat noodles anymore. I try to keep my diet as natural and unprocessed as much as possible. Noodles is not the best source of carb, in fact there are other better alternatives that provides both satiety and nutritional value. By that being said, I'm trying to point out the noodles is a processed food and contains too much addictives that may ruin your health in the long run. Noodles is also a fast digesting carb which causes insulin spike, thus you'll feel hungrier sooner.
Of course you can enjoy noodles occasionally, but don't make it a big part of your daily diet. I'm hoping that you can find better alternatives to noodles. But for the meantime, I think you'll be fine :eat:
