If you've ever read a fitness magazine you know they all claim to have the best workouts and guarantee results in a specified amount of time. Well, now it's time to put one to the test. The training protocol I will be following can be found in the June issue of Men's Exercise magazine page 53. It claims "BIGGER BICEPS IN JUST SIX WEEKS". Now we all know that if I work out for 6 weeks i'll have bigger biceps no matter what, but i'm expecting exactly what the article says... "Wanna blow up your biceps like balloons? You have six weeks to do so." Enough said, I start on Monday.
Here's how i'll track the progress: On Monday i'll take pre-measurements with a Myotape. By the way, thanks so much iSatori - I love this thing... and it was free! Anyway, i'll be taking one measurement in a relaxed position and a second measurement in a flexed position. Each week I will re-take measurements and update my web site with pictures. Sounds like fun.
This is perfect timing because in 6 weeks I leave for my Florida vacation. With that in mind I will still need to continue eating lean. The supplements I will be taking are still up in the air right now. It's either going to be a Meta-CEL/NOX2 stack or a Meta-CEL/ISA-TEST stack. I'm most likely going with the first option because the ISA-TEST requires more fat and I can't afford to put on any fat.
Please keep in mind that I have a metal plate and screws in my right arm and it sits right up against my muscle tendons. Therefore, in the event I feel excessive pain or soreness I will have to dis-continue the challenge. Wish me luck!
