Alright, I love the stuff. Spread on a bagle its great, but I don't usually eat it b/c of the high fat content. Anyhow, I just had the idea to take a wedge of Laughing Cow Light Cheese (if you haven't had this, it is a very good low-fat cheese, very creamy and flavorfull) and I added one pack of splenda to mix into it. Put it on top of a whole wheat English Muffin and it was pretty darn good... :tu: If you have any Laughing Cow around the house I'd recommend giving it a shot...
