In case anybody's interested . . .

All nutritional data is from nutritiondata.com, and assumes raw (unsweetened) fruits with the skin on if the skin is traditionally eaten. (That is, apples are with skin, oranges are without.)

I've sorted by the ratio of fiber to total carbs.

blackberries 8 7 14 0.57

Question - are these for a specific amount or one servings size?

Just curious - cool data.

Not traditionally...:)

I thought avocado's were high in fat though.

A lot of them are for one cup, but they're not all the same. Just whatever nutritiondata.com listed as a default amount. (I was interested in the ratios, so the amount didn't matter.)

They are. (Good fats!) I just listed the carbs, not fats or proteins.

Crazy, eat 2 cups of avacado and get daily amount of fiber in just 1 sitting.

Am I right?

And double your fat intake of the day too  I'd prefer eating multiple serving of oatmeal throughout the day

Try making avocado shake... But enjoy it occasionally though, because it's consider a cheat meal. It's a combination of high GI carb and fat.
Ingredients; avocados, condensed milk, sugar, water and ice
That way, you don't eat it, but you drink it!
It taste good but it won't taste that good once it's stored in your stomach, love handles or hips

I eat plain avocados. They're good, if a bit expensive.

But if you don't like them plain, they're easy to add to any salad or any meat. (They go great with chicken or salmon, for example.)
