Say I just want to gain ass much muscle as possible and I just want to snack all day long in addition to 6 or 8 meals....what can you think of as the best snack or snack combination?
I'm thinking vegetables and whey protein...maybe some fish oil caps occasionally. I'm eating carrots and broccoli right now, munch, munch, munch, munch.....
Any thoughts?
