hello.. i am new to this type of thing and i was wondering if this diet would help me gain weight. i am 17 years old, 5'10 and 130 lbs.

meal 1
multi vitamin with orange juice
1 cup of oatmeal with water and 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil and a quarter cup of blueberries
banana

meal 2
1 bowl of salad with feta cheese and red wine vinigrette
6 oz tuna combined with 2 tablespoons of low fat mayo, vinegar, relish between 2 slices of whole weat bread

meal 3
1 cup pasta with olive oil and garlic
apple

meal 4
2 medium chicken breasts (breaded)
yogurt with some type of fruit
green tea

workout
whey protein shake with dextrose and creatine

dinner
boca burger on white bun with ketchup
.5 cups cottage cheese
.25 cups roasted almonds
1 cup of mixed vegetables or broccoli


im not sure how many calories that adds up to but do you think it would be enough to gain weight? my goal is to be 150 pounds by july.
