Anyone ever heard of it? i am wondering if its a whey protein powder or soy....its part of a protein shake recipe a friend gave me..if i am going to buy it i am hoping it isnt soy so i can use it in other recipes that call for whey protein.

A quick search on Google indicated that Spiruteen was a soy protein.
