I don't know your physical stats but unless you are female and 4'3" yes, you're taking in too few calories. Need your details: age, weight, height, goals to fully understand.

And if you have had no more than a day off in one year it's probably time for a vacation.

You may be overtraining if you are doing curls, bench press, and abs every day. Alot of people split the days up so that different muscle groups are worked different days, and give each group a week to recover.

Also, most probably your calories are too low as well.

You are DEFINITELY eating to little. Check this out:

Your BMR according to the Harris Benedict formula, given your age, weight , height and sex yields a BMR of 1746. This is the least amount of calories your body will (need to) burn to keep you alive. With an activity multiplier of 1.65 (you're halfway between moderate and hard) that yields 2880 calories.

Now, I'm assuming you're cutting, so that would be around 1000 less, so that makes it 1800-1900 calories. This is what you should be eating. (In my honest opinion, I wouldn't even go that low, since you're an adolescent and you need the carbs to grow, at least for 3 more years, but it's up to you :) )

So up your cals to 1700-1900 and reap the benefiits. :gl:
