I am 6" 310lbs i've lost 16lbs. I"ve did my bmr and it says I need 4260 calories to maintain my weight. If I cut 1k calories a day thats still 3260 calories. Isn't that to much? shouldn't I cut it donw to about 18oo calories or lower? I'm working out every other day and running every other day. Could I have your opinions?

A quick plug 'n chug in my trusty old spreadsheet says that for someone your current size (I made an educated guess about your body fat), a healthy range of kcals would be about 2,700 to 4,000 - assuming you conscientuously exercise at least four times per week. Myself? If I were in your shoes, I'd say shoot for about 3,200~3,500 and keep the exercise up - cardio and weights. As your weight decreases, you'll need to decrease calories correspondingly.
1,800 for your size is too low IMO. I'd think you'll catabolize muscle at that low a caloric intake.
This advice is based on my own empirical evidence... others will likely have many things to say about this.
