Alright guys this is a weird question
I seem to react strangely to some foods. I do not have food allergies but I swell after eating. I mean not just my stomach but everywhere. My face, my hands and specially my calves. It looks more like i ganed weight. And the next morning I look fine. I t is weird. It EVEN happens after eating fruits. Not any particular fruits but any fruits. I eat VERY clean and still it happens. Believe me I went to see many doctors and all they had to say is that I am healthy as a horse and they have no clue. If anyone has any clue pleas let me know. I am desperate for answers.

Desperately awaiting answers

If you think you are allergic to something you should have a prick test done. Before you go, keep a journal of what you eat (im sure you are already doing that ;) ) and make a note of when you tend to have the reactions, the swelling. After about two weeks or maybe even sooner, you will have hopefully noticed a pattern. For example maybe you noticed that most of the time you had the reactions you also had a peach that day and on the days when you had no peaches there was no reaction. So anyway after about two weeks you should have a good list (anywhere from 5-20) suspect foods. Once you have made the list you should go have the prick test. It will let you know which foods you are allergic or intolerant to. I did it and found out I was allergic to oats (bummer :d_frown: ) amongst a few other things. BTW I had similar reactions to you, but it was limited to the stomach (bloating/swelling of the stomach that was uncomfortable and sometimes painful)

You can find out more about this on the following link.
