I think I've figured most of it out from what I've been reading on these boards.
I'm wondering when's the best time take essetial fatty acids? After morning cardio, before workout, after, or before going to bed? I try to get other fats from peanuts and almonds during the day.
As for protein, I'm drinking a PWO isolate after my morning cardio and right after my afternoon workout with some dextrose in it. Casein whey at night before I go to bed. I try to have eggs, tuna or meat a few times in the course of the day.
I'm keeping carbs low, but mostly fruit, salad, or oats before a workout. I limit all carbs after 8pm.
Let me know how you do it. The goal is burn as much fat as possible. I'm down to 15% right now but it seems to have stopped here. For starters i'd like to see if I need to change something with when I'm consuming these calories.
