2 simple Lipton green tea bags (this one is citrus)
Lemon juice (freshly sqeezed)
a shake or two of cayenne pepper
It warms you up as if you spiked it with whiskey. I know lemon juice has beneficial health properties but I'm not sure what yet...haven't researched it.
and cayenne helps to burn fat.
here's what I found out about cayenne
[Cayenne Pepper root aids digestion, improves circulation, and acts as a catalyst for other herbs. Studies indicate it has the ability to slow fat absorption in the small intestines, increase the metabolic rate and promote the burning of fat in the body.]
It is a strong natural fat burner and can really raise the rate at which the body burns excess fat and also fat that is just introduced into the body.
any thoughts on this? It sounds nasty as hell but it's actually pretty damn good.
I'm not sure if this should be in the recipe forum...I guess it could pass for this one or the other :D
