Hey ppl I have been cutting for about 4 months now and have seen great gains. Now i am stuck with that little bit of fat well not little but sum. Im 16 5'9 155lbs in the morning. Im at i dont know what bodyfat maybe 15% and i want to get down to 10-9% but its getting really hard. I eat around 2000 cals a day clean food and do cardio and lift weights. I go to the gym monday, wednesday, friday, and sundaY. I do cardio tuesday, thursday, and saturday. I need help losing that last 5% and getting down to about 145lbs. Should i bump up my cardio. If so will i be over training myself because i will also be going to the gym the same day and will not be able to fit both lifting weights and cardio in one day because of school. Sory about the long post i just want to get under 10% body fat I will take any advice and if you need more info i will post more. Thanks guys Help me reach my goal. Great site. :tu: Its weird you work soo hard to get in good shape yet its soo easy to get out of shape ahhhhh.

I'd guess that the problem mostly has to do with diet. Even if you're eating all good healthy food, if you eat too many calories of it, you'll still gain weight... or at least not lose weight. At 155 pounds, my guess would be that 2000 calories a day is too much for you to lose weight. Can you put up a sample of what you eat a day? It doesn't have to be detailed with all the numbers, just a basic idea of what you're eating. Right off the bat though, I'd recommend dropping the calories by about 300. Listing what you eat during the day will show what types of calories you should be dropping (protein, fat or carbs).

Well in the morning 8:00 i have some oatmeal with skim milk in it and splenda. Then its off to school then at lunch 11:25 i have ussaly a sandwhich mostly lunch meat like ham or cajuan chicken breast on 2 peices of whole wheat bread. Then i dont eat again till i get home which is at 3:20 i ussaly have what lyin around in the fridge nothin bad maybe a salad and orange or another sandwhich. Then i eat dinner at 6 Which is almost always 1 yam with a teaspoonj of butter and 2-3 chicken breasts and a salad maybe. then my last meal is at around 9-10 which is ussaly another orange and whatever i can find its harsd to find protien in my house. An i have a protien shake after my workouts when i lift weightts. If you need any more info just let me know. Thanks alot For taking you time to reply :D
