Hey guys, im pretty much at the 1 month point in my 1st cuttin phase.

Start -- 193 lbs
Current -- 174 lbs

I think I've exchanged emails with just about everyone here, and you're no exception. I think you're doing great so far, you've lost some noticeable weight. Keep up the hard work and keep us posted on your progress.

Very nice! What is your workout like? Cardio, weight training? Pretty sure you are doing plenty of sit-ups :jumping: . Keep it up...

I have been doing a lot of Running and Swimmimg.

4 - 5 days a week do the following:

1. Run 5k ( 23:00 - 30:00 min )
2. Rower ( 5:00 min)
3. Swim ( 10:00 - 20:00 min ) (250-500meters)
4. Situps and crunches.


I have a worksite where I log everything if ur intrested.
