I've been cutting for about 6 months, been keeping track of every calorie I put into my body, how many minutes I do cardio, How many reps and how much weight I lift.......... I'm going to take a friggen break!!!!

not going to shove pizza down my throat until I feel sick but I am going to eat as much oatmeal/fruit/chicken breast/ veggies/ wheat bread as i feel like. I'll stick with my lifting but i'm not going to do any cardio unless I really feel like it.

this may be a good Idea, It may be a bad idea but honestly I really don't care :D starting next week I'm going to start a slow clean bulk but I'm treating this week as a load up phase

I've been eating as much healthy food as I wanted for the last year and a half, save a couple days when I "felt fat". It hasn't killed me yet. In fact, I think I'm still improving.

You don't have to track calories to make progress.

Good for you. You mental dedication to a healthy life balance is ultimately more importance than sticking to a prescribed diet and exercise schedule.
