I started my diet last September, didn’t follow a very strict meal plan but calories was monitored carefully, adding on daily exercise I lost 17lbs in around 2 months.

Got a full time job in mid November and my daily routines were screwed (Just graduated, had plenty of time before). I work 8-9 hrs a day and my hours are really unstable. I’m trying my best to exercise every morning before I get to work, but most of the time I don’t even get enough sleep.

I need suggestions on how to get back on track. I’m 23, 5’9” and 167 lbs (Might not sound like a lot, but most of it are on my belly). Is there any easy to follow meal plans that I can try? Those who are in similar situation as I’m, how do you guys handle the stress of work and cutting?

Thanks a lot…

Patrick

Welcome to the board

I would read the sticky thread on diets at the top of the Fat Loss section if I were you... it's very informative and will help you in regards to your food.

now about your time... I work 9 hour day's 4 day's a week and one 4 hour day... but I manage to get to the gym before work and after work every day and once a day on the weekends... if your motivated enough you will find the time to get your workouts in... I get up at 5 a.m. go to the gym, do my cardio, shower, change and get to the office by 7 a.m... I work until 5 p.m. and then head back to the gym for my weights :db: it's possible to do it all and still have time for enough sleep, I get (on average) 7 hours a night... motivation for this type of schedule has to come from you though... if you want it bad enough you'll find the time :tucool:
